Conference & Community

Polyphony exists to remind church musicians that they are not carrying this work alone.

Our conference and community offerings bring musicians in ministry together to build relationships, share what they are learning, and hear from voices who understand the particular demands of church music ministry.

Annual Conference

Once a year, Polyphony gathers church musicians in person for a few days of teaching, worship, and conversation with people who understand the work from the inside. Past presenters have included Sigrid Johnson, John Dickson, Daniel Bara, Alicia Walker, George Mason, and Terry York.

Women in Music Ministry

The WIMM Network connects and supports women serving in music and worship leadership at every stage of their careers, from those just starting out to those decades into the work. Whether you are looking for mentorship, community, or simply a group of people who understand what you carry, WIMM is a place to belong.
