Welcome to Rock Hill, South Carolina and welcome to the 2024 Polyphony Music Resources annual conference! I hope that for these few days you will give yourself permission to let go of some things that weigh you down and open yourself to others, to new friends, new ideas, to the Spirit who invites us to breathe, bless and be well. Our theme is “The Call: Reclaiming Our Deep Passion."

PETER MOORE
Gardner-Webb University
Peter Moore is a sophomore traditional worship music major at Gardner-Webb University and is involved with music ensembles and leadership roles on campus and churches in Cleveland and Rutherford counties. His major concentration is voice, and he has experience in trombone, piano, organ, and conducting. He has performed with the Gardner-Webb Concert Choir, Orchestra,Symphonic Band, and Brass Chamber Ensemble, and currently serves as music librarian for the Concert Choir. Off-campus, Peter is an active participant in the Sanctuary Choir and Handbell Choir of his home church, First Baptist Church of Rutherfordton, and has performed solos and other special music in services. Currently residing in Rutherfordton, NC, Peter plans to lead
music at a church upon graduating.
CORWIN STANLEY
Gardner-Webb University
Corwin Stanley is a traditional worship music major at Gardner-Webb University from Mooresville NC, with a double concentration in Trumpet and Voice. He grew up as a son of a music minister. Corwin accepted Christ when he was 6 years old in Wilson NC. Ten years later Corwin felt the Lord’s call to ministry during the pandemic. In his free time he enjoys bass fishing on Lake Norman and lifting weights.
Keeley Tarkington
First Baptist Church of Clayton, NC
Keeley Tarkington is the Director of Music at First Baptist Church of Clayton, NC. She holds a Bachelor of Music with a concentration in Voice and Music Education from East Carolina University. For seven years she worked bi-vocationally in the the NC Public School System as an elementary music teacher and part-time as a church music director before moving to full-time ministry in 2019. Keeley is currently enrolled at Campbell University in Buies Creek, NC pursuing a Master of Divinity with Languages and a concentration in Church Music and Worship. Keeley is married to her high school sweetheart, Matt. Together, they have one daughter, Lily Ann, and three West Highland Terriers.
